Testing voltage

For an agreed annual fee BRM Associates will, on behalf of the school, procure and manage all servicing and maintenance contracts ensuring that your school gets the best possible service and value for money. Our fee is fixed, so you can be sure that you will have no 'hidden extras' as the year goes on. The servicing and maintenance contracts we will manage for you include:  
  • Boiler servicing
  • Heating and hot water equipment servicing
  • Gas soundness testing, including landlord's certificate (CP12)
  • Fixed wiring and portable appliance testing
  • Fire alarm and fire fighting equipment servicing and testing
  • Emergency lighting servicing and testing
  • Water hygiene testing and control (legionella)
